My Homemade Granola Laddus are super deliciously laddu prepared with Oats, seeds, and dry fruits – and nothing else.
Most market granola bars have processed sugar; their nutritional value varies from one brand to another.
My granola laddus are calorie-dense, as well as rich in protein, fiber, and micronutrients. In particular, it may provide iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, B vitamins, and vitamin E.
Shelf life – 20 days. Store in an air-tight container. Do not refrigerate.
Note – I keep my laddus medium-sweet.
